Steven James 

…is an award-winning author, popular keynote speaker, and professional storyteller who has appeared more than 2,000 times at events on four continents, presenting his stories and teaching writing and storytelling. The author of more than fifty books, which have sold over a million copies, Steven has received more than a dozen national and international awards and honors. His articles and stories have appeared in more than eighty different publications including the New York Times. 

Along with his speaking and writing, Steven also hosts the weekly podcast, The Story Blender, on which he interviews some of the world’s leading authors and speakers on storycrafting. Past guests include George R.R. Martin, Orson Scott Card, Sue Grafton, and Robert Dugoni. 

Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Storytelling from East Tennessee State University and is a regular speaker at conferences worldwide. His books on the craft of writing, published through Writer’s Digest, have won two Storytelling World Awards. 

When he’s not writing or traveling, you’ll find him playing basketball, catching a matinee, or sneaking out for a hike near his home in the Appalachian Highlands of eastern Tennessee.

Tom Morrisey 

…is deeply in demand as one of the world’s top speechwriters and executive-engagement specialists. A speaker on writing and storytelling on both sides of the Atlantic, he has worked with leading executives from Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, and The Walt Disney Company, and frequently writes articles and papers in the areas of executive engagement and coaching. He currently works in public affairs management for The Walt Disney Company, where he mentors speechwriters and storytellers on three continents.

Tom holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Toledo as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction from the world-renowned Creative Writing program at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. When not writing speeches, he pens thrillers and literary fiction.

Tom is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer, a nationally ranked competitor in Precision Pistol, an accomplished tenor guitar player, and an avid mountain biker.

He divides his time between homes in Belle Isle, Florida and Fort Myers, Florida.
